This guide walks you through setting up your profile and running - quickly.
From your first lead, through Autopilot. Start to finish.
Nothing sends during this walkthrough, so feel free to click around.
What you'll do: Set up your bio and signature, then run one practice lead through Autopilot to see exactly how it works. Time: ~10 minutes
Step 1 — Lock in your bio
Go to Settings → My Profile and find your Professional Bio.
Your bio (along with your email signature) is what SpeakerDrive's AI uses to personalize every email it writes.
Tip: Our automation has most likely already filled this in for you. If it looks good as-is, you're set. If anything's off or outdated, make a few tweaks — or paste in some text from your website. Keep it short and focused.

Step 2 — Update your email signature
Head to Settings → Email Signature.
Same idea here — your signature feeds the personalization too.
You don't need to make it perfect right now. Just make sure it looks decent, then click Save.

That's your foundation.
Get these two solid once, and every email you send pulls from them automatically.
Step 3 — Pick a lead and start outreach
Go to Find Leads and pick any lead — it doesn't matter which one.
You're just practicing here, and nothing will send.
Click the green Autopilot Outreach button.

Step 4 — Watch it move into Autopilot
In the left sidebar, click Autopilot.
You'll see 1 lead sitting in On Deck.
This lead will move into Queued on its own — but to watch it happen right now, click Refresh. That forces the process through.

Step 5 — Review your emails (or let them ride)
Once your lead lands in Queued, the full sequence is written for you — all 3 emails, ready to go.
From here, in normal use you have options:
Review and edit any of the 3 emails
Do nothing, and they send as-is
Autopilot automates everything but keeps you in control.
Since this is just a practice lead: Click Remove on the lead card in the Queued tab. That clears it out and drops it back into Available for whenever you're ready for real.

Step 6 — Connect your inbox (so it can actually send)
Nothing goes out until your email is connected — which is why your practice lead was always safe.
When you're ready to go live, connecting takes a few seconds:
Settings (gear icon) → Integrations → Connect
That's it.

What happens once you're rolling
That's the whole loop.
From there, roughly 30 leads move through the process every day — drafted, queued, and sent — pulling from your On Deck automatically.
Pretty soon you'll be pushing hundreds of leads onto On Deck :)
You stay in control the whole time.
Review, edit, or remove anything. Or just let it run.
