Your Outreach Emails

Every unlock comes with three emails written for you. Here's how to make them yours.

The drawer

Unlock a lead and the drawer opens on the right.

Inside: Initial Outreach, Follow-up 1, and Follow-up 2, each with a subject line, your signature at the bottom.

They're written from your bio, your signature, and the event. Short on purpose. The goal isn't to close the deal in the first email. It's to start a conversation.

Make it yours

Edit inline. Click anywhere in the text and type. Then click Save changes.

Want a fresh take? Click Rewrite All 3 Emails and you'll get a different angle.

Not a fit after all? Click Remove. Nothing sends, and the lead moves to Available.

Done with this one? Unlock Another takes you to the next lead.

Send it

You have two ways to send:

Let Autopilot pace it. This is the default. The lead sits in Queued for at least 12 hours (so, the next day), then the first email goes out. Follow ups go a handful of days apart, and everything stops when they reply.

Send now. Can't wait? Open the lead in Queued and send the first email right away. The follow ups still run on Autopilot's schedule.

Tip: Sending as yourself or as your assistant? That's a setting under Settings → Outreach Settings. See Outreach Settings.

Change how the emails sound

If the emails aren't quite your voice, don't fix them one at a time. Fix the source. Your bio, your About Me line, and your templates all feed the writer. See Outreach Settings.

On a trial? You can unlock leads and build their emails today. They save and wait. Sending starts when you upgrade and connect Gmail.
