What Are Top-Up Leads?
We regularly audit lead accuracy so you don't have to. When a contact's information goes out of date — like when someone changes jobs — that lead gets archived automatically, and your unlock is refunded as a Top-Up credit.
How They Work
When we detect a lead no longer passes our verification checks, two things happen:
The lead moves to your Archived Leads list (in Settings)
You receive a Top-Up credit that you can use to unlock any new lead
How They're Different from Monthly Unlocks
Your monthly unlocks reset each billing cycle. Top-Up credits don't — they roll over month-to-month and never expire. Buy once, keep forever. An active subscription is required to use them.
Where to See Them
Your Top-Up balance shows right next to your monthly unlocks at the top of the dashboard.

What About the Archived Lead?
It's not gone. You can view all archived leads and download their contact info anytime under Settings → Archived Leads. We just don't want you spending outreach on a contact that's gone stale.

Do I Need to Do Anything?
Nope. The whole process is automatic. We audit, we archive, we refund. You just keep prospecting.
