Quickstart (Walk-Thru)

In this quickstart, we're going to take one lead all the way through the full cycle.

The fastest way to learn SpeakerDrive is to just do it once.

So that's what we're doing in this tutorial: we’ll find a lead, unlock it, and put it on Autopilot.

Do this once and you're a pro.

Here's Where We're Headed:

Tip: This is one lead on Autopilot: three personalized emails, written for you from your bio and the event details, scheduled and sent automatically. Now imagine this running for 10, 20, 30 leads at once — outreach going out every day without you lifting a finger.

(Haven't finished setup — bio, signature, Gmail connection? [Start here first], then come back.)

Ready?

Don't just read this, actually do the steps as you go.

Your free trial includes a handful of lead unlocks, and we'll only use one here.

And don't worry: at the end, we'll remove the lead before anything sends.

This is pure practice — zero risk.

Let’s dive in.

Step 1: Find a Lead

Head to the Find Leads page from the sidebar.

You'll see a long list of opportunities — thousands of them.

Normally, you'd use the filters at the top and left to narrow this down to your best-fit events.

(We cover that in detail in [Finding Leads]).

For now, keep it simple: pick any lead that catches your eye.

And click the green Autopilot Outreach button next to it.

Pick any Lead. Click Green Button.webp

Step 2: Head Over To Autopilot

In the left sidebar, click Autopilot.

You'll see your lead sitting in the On Deck tab.

That means Autopilot has it and is preparing the generate your message sequence.

Tip: Normally, the lead moves to Queued on its own within a few minutes. For this practice session, let’s not wait. Click over to the Queued tab and hit Refresh - this pushes the lead through right away.

Step 3: View Your Emails

Once your lead lands in Queued, the full sequence is written for you.

All 3 emails, ready to go. Click into the lead and actually read them.

Notice how emails incorporate elements of your background (the bio and signature you set up) and the event itself.

That's the personalization engine at work - and it's what just happened automatically.

With zero effort from you.

Tip: Nothing has sent yet. Every lead sits in Queued for a minimum of 12 hours before the first email goes out. That's your review window.

From here, you have three options:

  • Edit — tweak any of the 3 emails before they send

  • Do nothing — they send as-is after the 12-hour window

  • Remove — pull the lead, and nothing sends. The lead moves to the “Available” tab if you want to re-add it later.

Tip: Remember how we said this was just practice? It's your call: if the lead you picked is a real fit, leave it — congratulations, you officially have real outreach running. If not, click Remove and grab a real one whenever you're ready.

You Just Did The Whole Thing

That's the entire SpeakerDrive cycle: find a lead, add it to Autopilot, review the emails.

From here, everything runs on its own.

The emails send through your connected Gmai. You'll see them in your Sent folder.

And when a prospect replies, it lands right in your inbox, just like any other email.

Your only job from here: respond to the interested ones.

What’s Next?

Head back to Find Leads, and use the filters to find the events that genuinely fit you.

This time, don't add leads one at a time.

Check the boxes next to several leads and click Unlock + Add to Autopilot to add them in bulk.

From there, Autopilot paces everything: roughly 30 leads per day move from Queued into active outreach, automatically, until your list is worked through.

So you can add your entire month's worth of leads in one sitting ([see what each plan includes]) and let the system run.

A steady stream of personalized outreach, day after day, with nothing left for you to do but reply to the interested responses.

Now you know how to find events you love, add them in bulk, answer the replies.
