How To Find Leads

At SpeakerDrive, our goal is to map the entire speaking landscape: conferences, corporate events, training engagements, and the decision-makers behind them all.

Finding Leads: Search & Filters

Narrow opportunities to a targeted list using two tools: the Lead Filters panel on the left and the search bar in the center.

The two work together — every filter or search you apply further narrows the results shown in the middle.

1. Lead Filters (left panel)

Best For — the type of speaking opportunity.

  • Conference Keynotes

    • Event Month (sub-filter): January through December — target events starting in a specific month.

  • Corporate Training

Use Unselect All to clear selections.

Topic — mapped to common speaking topics. Multi-select supported: Leadership · Organizational Change · Innovation & Creativity · Mental Health & Wellbeing · Peak Performance · Motivation & Mindset · Women in Leadership · Belonging & Inclusion · AI & Technology · Future of Work · Entrepreneurship & Growth · Healthcare & Science · Education & Youth · Legal & Policy · Tech & Product · Industry Specific

Fee Potential — estimated fee range for the event. Multi-select supported: Likely Pro Bono · Up To $5,000 · $5,000–$10,000 · $10,000–$20,000 · $20,000–$30,000 · $30,000+

Location (under By Setting)

  • Region: United States, or Other Regions — Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Asia Pacific, Australia, Middle East, Latin America, Africa, Global / Unspecified.

  • Cities: type a city name and press Enter to add each one.

Organization Type (under By Organization Type) — multi-select supported: Corporation · Educational Institution · Government Body · Professional Association · Small/Medium Business · Community Organization · Nonprofit Organization

2. Search bar (center)

The toggle above the bar controls what it searches:

  • All — searches by Industry and Sector (e.g., typing "health" returns Healthcare, Health & Human Services, etc.).

  • Contacts — searches by Job Title (e.g., typing "event" returns Event Planner, Event Coordinator, Events Manager, etc.).

  • Events — searches by Event Name (e.g., typing "health" returns Health Equity Day, Health Law Symposium, etc.).

Search terms combine with the left-panel filters to refine the same results list.

3. Selecting leads and taking action

Check the leads you want, then choose an action:

  • Manual Outreach — unlock leads individually and reach out one at a time.

  • Autopilot Outreach — add selected leads to automated outreach.

4. Saving a filter

To reuse a filter combination:

  1. Click Save Filter and give it a name (e.g., "Test Filter").

  2. Access it anytime under My Filters — it reloads the saved criteria.

  3. Use Update Filter to overwrite, Rename Filter, or Delete Filter from the same menu.

You can save up to 3 filters.

Mix and match filters to build your perfect opportunity list. The more specific you get, the more targeted your outreach becomes.
