Unlocks and Credits

An unlock is the one click that turns a lead into outreach.

What an unlock does

When you click Unlock Lead, two things happen at once:

1. You get the contact's verified email address.

2. SpeakerDrive writes your three email sequence and opens it in the drawer.

One unlock, one lead, ready to send. That's what "Claim & draft emails" under the button means.

Your unlocks

Your plan includes a set number of unlocks each month. The pill at the top of the app shows how many you have left.

Unlocks reset every month with your plan.

Need more before then? Top ups are available anytime, and top up unlocks don't expire.

Tip: The practice lead on your first visit is free. It doesn't count against you.

When an unlock doesn't go through

Once in a while an unlock can't complete. The address turns out to be dead, say.

When that happens, the credit comes back on its own.

We also audit lead accuracy on a regular basis. A lead that doesn't pass is archived automatically and your unlock is refunded. You'll find those under Archived in Autopilot. No action needed on your end.

Unlocking in bulk

Check several leads on Find Leads and click Unlock + Add to Autopilot.

Each one spends an unlock and goes straight into Autopilot. Any that can't go through are skipped and refunded.

If you run out of unlocks mid batch, the rest wait for you.
