  3. How does lead freshness work in SpeakerDrive?

New opportunities added to SpeakerDrive initially get marked with a "New" tag. This means they are exclusively available to our premium users for an initial 5-day period, giving them an early window to connect.

After those 5 days, if a lead hasn't been unlocked, it moves into the general pool, becoming available to all SpeakerDrive users.

This may mean that the opportunity just became available online, but not necessarily - more precisely, it means that it’s new to SpeakerDrive.

Just keep in mind, our standard contact "rest period" rules still apply. If any user unlocks a contact, it will enter the usual cooling-off period to prevent oversaturation, regardless of its "First-Access" status. (You can read more about this in our [Link to: FAQ: Contact Saturation and Rest Periods]).

Also, please note: During our current Beta phase, we may occasionally make these "First-Access" leads available to all users as we test and gather feedback.
