  3. Composer Guide for Event Emails

When you unlock an Event Email in SpeakerDrive, you're accessing an email address associated with a specific event or its host organization. These might be direct emails or often general addresses like events@company.com or conference@organization.org. These unlocks utilize the Email channel within the Message Composer to help you reach out effectively.

How SpeakerDrive Crafts Your Emails: The "Wow Factor"

When you click "Generate Outreach" for an Event Email, SpeakerDrive's AI performs a sophisticated analysis. It isn't just plugging in names; it's looking for genuine "small world" connection points between your profile (Bio & Experience) and the information we have about the event itself—its theme, industry, past speakers, location, or host organization.

The goal is to find three distinct angles that make your outreach relevant and compelling.

From Connections to Conversations

Based on these connection points, the AI crafts three full, distinct email options. Each email aims to:

Sound Human: Using natural language and a peer-to-peer tone (guided by your chosen Voice Profile)

Position You Subtly: Highlighting your relevant experience as valuable context

Be Relevant: Weaving in one of the specific event-focused connection points

Invite Dialogue: Ending with a low-pressure question to encourage a response, acknowledging that these inboxes might be monitored by a team

This process helps you create emails that demonstrate genuine interest and understanding of the event, increasing your chances of starting a productive conversation.

Using Your Generated Emails

Once the three email options appear in the editor:

  1. Toggle & Choose: Use the arrows to switch between the three variations. Pick the one whose angle and tone you like best.

  2. Edit & Refine: Make any final tweaks directly in the editor to ensure it perfectly matches your voice and intent.

  3. Send or Save:

• Click Send via Gmail to send it directly from SpeakerDrive

• Click Send To... to push it to your CRM via webhooks

• Click Copy to paste it into your own email client

• Click Save to keep it for later

Even though Event Emails might sometimes lead to a general inbox, using the Composer to create a thoughtful, relevant message significantly improves your ability to reach the right people and explore potential opportunities.
